This 2-day conference will showcase Vital Statistics and our partnerships with a focus on disaster preparedness and response while providing presentations and trainings to our statewide partners. Attendees may select from a variety of presentations including Birth and Death Registration, Cause of Death Reporting, TxEVER Fundamentals, as well as workshops for Local Registrars, AOP Certification, and Birth Registrar Certification. Our virtual sessions will be produced by L2 Productions; an Austin media production company specializing in live HD production and broadcasts. Registration and Cancellation Policy: All registration fees must be received no later than December 2nd. This includes all registrations reserved using purchase orders. It is the responsibility of the registrant to pay registration fees or to follow up with your accounting office to ensure timely payment. All payments must be received by December 2nd. Refund requests must be submitted in writing no later than December 2nd. Refunds will be subject to a $50 admin fee and will only be granted for medical or family emergency.
