Apply outcomes of the five studies to their optometric or ophthalmic practice. The Impact of Debates on Optometric & Public Health Opinions: (this 2nd hour presentation is PENDING) I. Learning objectives – after completion of course, learners should be able to: 1. Recognize the importance of active learning in shaping public health opinions. 2. Analyze the key findings of the study, including shifts in endorsement levels on various public health and optometric topics. 3. Evaluate the implications of debate-based learning for professional education and healthcare decision-making. 4. Discuss potential applications and challenges of implementing debates in other healthcare education settings.
