The TPHA Annual Education Conference will be held
May 20-22, 2024 in Galveston, Texas

The target audience includes physicians, nurses, health educators, academicians, registered sanitarians/environmental health professionals, nutritionists/dietitians, social workers, community mental health professionals and others working in public health and related fields.

• Located about an hour south of Houston and connected to the mainland by a causeway, Galveston is as easy to get to as an island can be. General Hotel Information:

Both hotels require a credit card on file as a guarantee.  The hotel accepts all major credit cards as a guarantee.  Guests may cancel individual reservations up to 72 hours prior to arrival without penalty to the individual.  Cancellations received outside of 72 hours of arrival will forfeit first night room and tax deposit.  All guests will be required to provide a credit card upon check-in.

Both Hotels will make the best effort to accommodate the requests for check-in prior to check-in time or late departures, based upon availability.  The bell desk can store luggage for early arrivals and/or for late departures.  For late check-out, a fee may apply depending on availability and length of extension.  Requests should be directed to the front desk on day of departure for availability.
