Conference Registration Fee Cancellation/Refund Information:

All cancellations must be made in writing before April 30th. All cancellations are subject to a $50 administrative fee. Once cancellation correspondence has been received, participants will receive a cancellation notice. If payment has been processed for the registration, a refund will be issued minus the $50 administrative fee. If payment has not been received, accounting will send an updated invoice for the $50 administrative fee. Texas Public Health Association (TPHA) reserves the right to retain or collect conference fees in full for those who fail to cancel prior to April 30th, or for those who fail to attend.

Substitutions:
If you register but are unable to attend, another representative of your agency may attend in your place. Please email notice of substitutions to txpha@aol.com by May 1st.

The Hotel will honor reservations received by Reservations received after this date is subject to space availability and at prevailing room rates.

Deadline for Hotel Reservations
The room block is held until April 27th or until our room block is filled, whichever occurs first.  

Room Cancellation and No-Show Policy
Any guests that do not cancel their rooms 48 hours prior to arrival will incur a one night room and tax charge per hotel policies.  Any guests that have existing reservations that do not check in on the day of arrival will be charged a no show charge of one nights room and tax and the room will then be released for future re-sell.
